Objective: To design an affordable and durable adjustable clothes hanger made of plastic.

- Created ergonomic shape utilizing class 'A' surfacing techniques.
- Acquired 'Registered Design' status for the hanger shape.
- Designed individual components for injection molding.
- Designed the 'molded in' arm adjustment mechanism.
- Acquired Canadian and U.S Patents for the 'molded in' arm adjustment mechanism.
- Designed injection molds for initial production requirements.
